Honest legality, state by state
Electric scooter law in Australia is not national. It changes at every state and territory line, and a scooter that is fine to ride in one state can be a private property only machine in the next. Every scooter on ScootFinder has its legality worked out from its own specs against each state's rules, so you get an honest picture rather than a blanket, and misleading, road legal claim. It is a guide, not legal advice, and you should always confirm the current rules with your state or territory transport authority before you buy or ride.
